From time to time utility companies, including gas, water, electricity, telecommunications and cable companies, need to dig up roads and footways to carry out necessary work to install, repair or replace equipment.

Search the Streetworks database

We are now able to offer you access to the Streetworks Database of current roadworks in Coventry, including those being carried out by utility companies and by Coventry City Council, to help you plan any journeys and avoid any unecessary delays.

Information in the database is supplied by the utility companies and Coventry City Council and you can use it to carry out a search by street / road name or by ward to find the roadworks that are most relevant to you.
