Renewing or Extending library loans
You can renew all items by taking them to the library with your Library ticket. If you wish you only need to take your library ticket with you. Or you can choose to renew them by telephone or online.
How to renew your library books
You can renew your loans by telephone by talking to a person. Just call: 024 7683 2468

Monday to Thursday | 4.00pm to 7.30pm |
Friday | 2.00pm to 7.30pm |
Saturday | 10.00am to 4.00pm |
Sunday | 12.00noon to 4.00pm |
We are sorry but we cannot renew items reserved by another borrower. Please have your library ticket and a pen and paper ready when telephoning.
Overdue items and non book items can be renewed by telephone once. All charges will be deferred onto your library ticket. You will need to pay any outstanding charges before another renewal can take place.

For security reasons if you want to do this you will need your borrower number which you will find on the barcode on your ticket and your PIN number. If you do not have a PIN number staff at your local library will provide you with one in person, or by post. You can change your PIN number if you wish
