Coventry Libraries and Information Services
There are 16 community libraries in the city, as well as the Central Library, offering over 400,000 books on a whole host of subjects, including books on tape, in large print and in community languages and a mobile library service brings the service to your doorstep at different locations throughout the city. The libraries also provide music libraries, newspapers, magazines, readers' groups and an array of community information PeopleLink (external website) community information and OPIN (Older People's Information Network) (external website) databases and events.

Joining the library is free and easy to do.

Are computers and internet access available in libraries?
Yes, computers offering Internet access and a range of software are available in all community libraries, with trained staff on hand to give help and advice free of charge. You can also book a library computer online.
