Annual Monitoring Report
The Council is required to produce an Annual Monitoring Report (or AMR for short) under the Planning & Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
The purpose of the AMR is to assess:
- the implementation of the Local Development Scheme; and
- the extent to which policies in Local Development Documents are being achieved.
Until such time as the Council prepares new planning documents, Coventry's AMR will assess the operation of the policies of the Coventry Development Plan.
Note: Please be advised of a date error in the 2009 AMR.
Paragraph 10.17 (page 74) of the
2009 AMR should read:
"Approximately 10,743 trees and shrubs were planted in the City between 1 April 2008 and 31
March 2009"
