City Centre Area Action Plan

The Council has Submitted its City Centre Area Action Plan. This document will provide the statutory basis for planning decisions within the city centre, and will deliver "transformational change".

The Secretary of State will appoint an independent Inspector, who will conduct an "Examination in Public" into the document.

The Inspector will shortly indicate dates of Hearing sessions, and may hold a pre-hearing meeting. As dates are confirmed they will appear here.

Only those people and organisations who submitted representations during the recent seven week representations period will be entitled to take part in the Hearing sessions.
