Henley Ward

Henley Ward.

Henley is a ward in the north east of Coventry adjoining the city's border with Warwickshire. It is bounded by Longford and Wyken wards. Find out more about Henley Ward.


History of Henley

In 1451 King Henry VI, who at that time held his Court in Coventry, granted the city the special status as a county in its own right. The new county included the villages of Henley-le-Wood-End and Sow (Walsgrave).
