Welcome to the latest edition of Coventry City Council’s Equality Strategy 2007 - 2010.
Why do we have an Equality Strategy?
This strategy helps to make sure our services and employees work towards equality of opportunity and tackle deprivation and discrimination.
Our Equality Strategy is important to us all, managers, elected members and employees. It sets out the direction for the council on equality and diversity and how we will work to eliminate discrimination, promote equal opportunities and good relations within and outside the council.
