Performance Report and Corporate Plan June 07
The Corporate Plan 2007/08 - 2009/10 sets out the Council's key aims and targets for the three years from 2007/08 to 2009/10. It builds on and updates the Plan approved in 2006, reflecting both the progress we have made and new political priorities. It forms Part One of the Best Value Performance Plan 2006/07. Part two is the Performance Report 2006/07.
The Plan sets out what the Council wants to achieve in its Vision for Coventry. This is supplemented by a set of Corporate Objectives which outline what the Council intends to do to turn the vision into reality.
Our Vision for Coventry
The Council wants Coventry to be a growing accessible city where people choose to live, work and be educated and businesses choose to invest.
